Talent Singapore brings together accomplished professionals from diverse creative fields to form our judging panel. With expertise spanning music, dance, performing arts, cultural arts and creative disciplines, our judges bring valuable professional perspectives to the competition. Beyond scoring each performance, they are here to recognise potential, celebrate individuality and encourage every finalist to continue developing their talent.

Zheng Haoyuan
Chinese Actor & Art Therapy Mentor
Zheng Haoyuan is a Chinese actor and graduate of the Central Academy of Drama. He has appeared in numerous film and television productions, including Eight Heroes, The Falling Feather, Serenade of Peaceful Joy, and The Double. He is particularly known for his roles as Feng Yizhen in Eight Heroes and Liu Wencai in The Double. In recent years, Zheng has expanded his work into arts education and therapeutic arts, participating in projects involving drama-based and mandala art practices. He has also been appointed as a Specially Invited Expert at the School of Design and Creative Industries of Taizhou Institute of Sci.&Tech., NJUST, integrating his experience in performing arts with arts-based wellbeing practices.
郑皓原
中国内地演员、艺术疗愈导师
郑皓原，中国内地男演员，毕业于中央戏剧学院。曾出演《八大豪侠》《飘落的羽毛》《清平乐》《墨雨云间》等多部影视作品，凭借《八大豪侠》中“风一阵”以及《墨雨云间》中“柳文才”等角色受到观众关注。
近年来，郑皓原积极拓展艺术教育与艺术疗愈领域，参与戏剧疗愈、曼陀罗艺术疗愈等相关项目，并受聘为南京理工大学泰州科技学院设计创意产业学院特聘专家，将表演艺术经验与艺术疗愈实践相结合。
Niki Teo
Music Educator & Seasoned Adjudicator
Niki Teo is the Founder, Director and Educator of Niki's Music Studio, located in Tanglin, Orchard, Singapore, where she champions creative, learner-centred music education. With over ten years as a music educator, she combines a strong foundation in pedagogy and early childhood learning with a Piano Pedagogy certification, a Diploma in Music and Audio Technology from Singapore Polytechnic, and a Berklee College of Music scholarship. Before founding her studio in 2019, Niki taught at music schools across Singapore, including Seimpi School of Music and Play By Ear, and served as Course Manager at Lee Wei Song Music. In 2022, she adjudicated at the 6th Steinway Youth Piano Competition. Selective about the engagements she takes on, she has turned down opportunities such as judging on the Sheng Siong Show, keeping her focus on her students and studio. Her public relations background adds marketing and event-planning flair.
张玮琳
音乐教育家 & 资深评委
Niki Teo 是位于新加坡乌节路东陵一带的 Niki's Music Studio 创办人、总监兼音乐教育工作者，致力于推广富有创意、以学习者为中心的音乐教育。她拥有超过十年的音乐教学经验，并具备扎实的教学法及幼儿教育基础。她持有钢琴教学法认证、新加坡理工学院（Singapore Polytechnic）音乐与音频科技文凭，并曾获得伯克利音乐学院（Berklee College of Music）奖学金。
在2019年创办自己的音乐工作室之前，Niki 曾在新加坡多所音乐学校任教，包括 Seimpi School of Music 和 Play By Ear，并曾在 Lee Wei Song Music（李伟菘音乐课室）担任课程经理。2022年，她受邀担任第六届 Steinway 青少年钢琴比赛评委。对于所参与的专业活动，她一向慎重选择，并曾婉拒包括担任 《缤纷万千在昇菘》节目评委等机会，以便将更多时间和精力投入学生及工作室的发展。她的公共关系专业背景，也为她在市场推广及活动策划方面增添了丰富经验。
Emily Wang
Founding Principal | Piano Educator & Adjudicator
Emily Wang is a UK-educated piano educator, researcher and experienced adjudicator. She holds a Master’s in Composition from the University of Manchester and a Bachelor’s in Music Education from Tianjin Conservatory of Music. A Singapore MOE-certified teacher and Steinway Honorary Teacher, she previously spent 10 years as a university lecturer, teaching over 4,000 students.
Emily has served on the juries of numerous music competitions, including the Steinway National Youth Piano Competition and China–Singapore International Music Competition. Her research spans children’s music education, piano pedagogy and learning motivation, with more than 10 academic papers published. In 2022, she founded SoMe Music School Singapore, promoting systematic, stage-oriented music education and cross-cultural exchange.
EMILY WANG
创校校长 | 钢琴教育家及资深评委
Emily Wang（王晨帆）是一位拥有英国教育背景的钢琴教育家、研究学者及资深评委。她拥有英国曼彻斯特大学作曲硕士学位及天津音乐学院音乐教育学士学位。她同时是新加坡教育部（MOE）认证教师及施坦威荣誉教师，并曾担任大学讲师长达10年，累计教授超过4,000名学生。
Emily 曾担任多项音乐比赛评委，包括施坦威全国青少年钢琴比赛及中新国际音乐比赛。她的研究领域涵盖儿童音乐教育、钢琴教学法及学习动机，并已发表超过10篇学术论文。2022年，她创办了新加坡 SoMe Music School，致力于推动系统化、舞台实践导向的音乐教育，并通过表演平台促进跨文化艺术交流。
Shiying Guo
Choreographer, Dancer, Performer, Coordinator, Educator
Shiying Guo earned her Master’s degree in Choreography and Performance Practices from the University of Lincoln, UK, and completed her Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Ethnic and Folk Dance Performance at Beijing Dance Academy. With rich professional experience across China, Singapore and the United Kingdom, she specialises in dance teaching management, curriculum development and stage‑art practice. An experienced festival coordinator and organiser of international dance competitions and performances, she excels in folk dance, contemporary dance and cross‑cultural dance creation. As a seasoned performer‑choreographer, she brings comprehensive artistic insight to adjudication work.
郭诗莹（Shiying Guo）
编舞、舞者、表演艺术者、活动统筹及教育工作者
郭诗莹毕业于英国林肯大学，获得编舞与表演实践硕士学位，并拥有北京舞蹈学院中国民族民间舞表演学士学位。
她在中国、新加坡及英国积累了丰富的专业经验，专长涵盖舞蹈教学管理、课程开发及舞台艺术实践。她拥有丰富的艺术节统筹经验，并曾组织多项国际舞蹈比赛及演出活动，尤其擅长民族民间舞、现代舞及跨文化舞蹈创作。
作为经验丰富的舞蹈演员及编舞家，她兼具表演实践与艺术创作的专业视野，能够从多元角度进行专业评审。
